SINYALPONOROGO, SUKOREJO - Memasuki awal tahun baru 2021, jajaran Polsek Sukorejo berhasil mengamankan satu pelaku pengedar judi togel di wilayah Sukorejo pada Ahad, 3/1/2021. Penangkapan pengedar judi togel dengan identitas Muhammad Setiaji (22) berkat informasi dari warga masyarakat yang mengaku resah dengan aktifitas pelaku sebagai pengedar judi togel disana.
"Pelaku kita tangkap tak jauh dari tempat tinggal tersangka dengan TKP di salah satu warung milik warga yang ada di dukuh sekuwung desa Kedungbanteng kecamatan Sukorejo pada Ahad, 3/1/2021 bersama barang bukti."ujar Kapolsek Sukorejo Ponorogo, AKP Beni Hartono, SH.
Dijelaskan Kapolsek, dari penangkapan pelaku judi togel pihaknya berhasil mengamankan 3 (Tiga) buah buku Tulis bertuliskan Nomor Togel. 1 (Satu) buah Bolpoin Merk SNOWMAN V-5 Warna hitam, 1 (Satu) buah Handphone Merk HUAWEI TIT AL00 warna Gold dan uang tunai Rp. 405.000,- (empat ratus lima ribu rupiah).
Sementara itu kronologis penangkapan pelaku judi togel di Kedung banteng sukorejo bermula ketika pada hari Minggu tanggal 03 Januari 2021, sekira pukul 21.00 wib Saksi mendapatkan informasi dari masyarakat bahwa diwarung milik Sdr. NURHADI di Dkh. Sekuwung Rt 02 Rw 02 Ds. Kedungbanteng Kecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Ponorogo telah terjadi perjudian jenis nomer togel yang dilakukan oleh pelaku yang berperan sebagai pengecer, dan dari tangan pelaku diketemukan barang bukti hasil penjualan judi togel, maka dilakukan penangkapan terhadap pelaku kemudian menyita barang bukti dan membawa pelaku ke Polsek Sukorejo guna penyidikan lebih lanjut.
"Pelaku kita ancam dengan tindak pidana Perjudian sesuai dengan Pasal 303 ayat 1 ke-1e KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman paling lama lima tahun."jelasnya.(Nang)
